Yoga Nidra
Welcome to Meditate with Shatonia Amee, where we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve a deep sense of calm and inner peace through the practice of mindfulness meditation. Our Yoga Nidra technique, known as yogic sleep, provides the equivalent of four hours of rejuvenating rest in just thirty minutes. This technique is perfect for seniors or people with mobility issues, as it only requires participants to lay flat on their mat with no movement. Chair & Senior Yoga
We understand that not everyone has the luxury of being able to practice traditional yoga. That’s why we offer Chair Yoga, so you can still benefit from mindfulness practices, no matter what your situation. Our classes are tailored to the needs of seniors, those who are ill or injured, and even those in wheelchairs. Plus, yoga teachers and caregivers can attend our classes to learn new ideas for sharing Chair Yoga with others.
